Where it appears

Luke · 1
  1. Luke 10:34 ἐπιχέων pouring on

He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put him on his own animal, brought him to an inn, and took care of him.

Here: Present participle, 'pouring on'. The pouring happens along with the bandaging: he cleans and soothes the wounds as he binds them. This is its only New Testament use.
