Here: A personal name, probably meaning "(God) has rescued" or "strength, vigor." Here it is spelled with a long first vowel (ḥāleṣ) because of a pause in the chanting; it is the same name as ḥeleṣ in the next word. Two other men share the name: one of David's warriors (2 Sam 23:26) and a commander under David (1 Chr 27:10).

1 Chronicles 27:10 חֶ֥לֶץ Helez
The seventh, for the seventh month, was Helez the Pelonite, an Ephraimite. There were 24,000 men in his division.
Here: A personal name. It is probably connected with the root ḥ-l-ts, 'to draw out, rescue' or 'to equip for battle', but what the name meant is uncertain. This is the same Helez listed among David's elite 'Thirty' warriors (2 Sam 23:26; 1 Chr 11:27).
