Genesis 25:3 וּלְטוּשִׁ֖ים and Letushites
Jokshan was the father of Sheba and Dedan. And the sons of Dedan were the Asshurites, the Letushites, and the Leummites.
Here: A plural tribal name, otherwise unknown. It may come from a root meaning 'to hammer, sharpen' (as in Gen 4:22, of metalworking), which would give something like 'smiths'. That link is only a guess.
