1 Chronicles 7:39 אָרַ֥ח Arah
The sons of Ulla: Arah, Hanniel, and Rizia.
Here: First son or clan listed under Ulla. The name looks like the verb ʾāraḥ, 'to travel, go along a road', so it may mean something like 'traveller'. The same name is used for other men, including the head of a family that returned from exile (Ezra 2:5), but those are different people.

Nehemiah 6:18 אָרַ֑ח Arah
For many in Judah were bound by oath to him, since he was a son-in-law of Shecaniah son of Arah, and his son Jehohanan had married the daughter of Meshullam son of Berechiah.
Here: Arah's family was a large group of returnees from Babylon (Ezra 2:5; Nehemiah 7:10), so Tobiah's in-laws were an established returnee clan.
